Ok I had surgery 08-20 I was 233.5 day of surgery down from 256.5

today I'm weighing in at 184 and I've been stuck here for 2 weeks!

Upped my exercise to 2 x daily now running not walking

and lowered my calories back to 800 as per my nut they've been at 1000 per day sine thanksgiving

I don't know what else to do any tips for getting the scale to start moving again??

getting over 90 grams of protein a day as well and taking all vitamins

thanks

Stick to your plan.  Get in all of your protein and water (you don't mention water, you should be getting 64 ounces at a minimum). The scale will start moving again.  Stalls happen and they always suck.

Thanks I get in well over 120 ounces of water a day

I did measure myself 2 weeks ago so that If I'm still at 184 in 2 more weeks maybe I'll see some movement in inches

i know this is normal just hard when I'm so close to the finish line! Lol
