TOBASCO SAUCE!

ANY flavor is good. A little on some roast chicken,  wheat thin, or just a dab on my finger.

Really seems to settle the rumbling that goes on down there.

No calories or carbs to speak of, a little sodium but I'm not eating a whole tbsp serving, so not too much.

Just kills my hunger pains weather their real or not.

I like it.

Anyone else like the spicy life?

I prefer Franks Red Hot.  But lately I've been having Sirachi sauce Yum!

Sriracha is my favorite, followed by Cholula or Tapatio.  I find Tabasco too vinegary.

Frank's red hot for me and I love Sriracha on so much stuff as well. I was very sad when Subway stopped carrying it. The kid working was happy when I informed he could buy it in the store and just to look for the bottle with the big **** on it.

I'm on week 2 of pre op and I have not used sirachi (which is my fav) due to carbs.  Maybe I use too much?  I am a chili head
