Good for you!!!! The first few days are definitely the hardest. Each time you manage to do what you did at lunch, the easier it gets the next time. Keep up the good work!!

It gets easier and goes by fast. Tomorrow I have my surgery and I can't believe how fast everything went to get to this point. Plus it's nice losing that little bit of weight before surgery. :)
