Another Trader Joe's post!

I freaking love that store. Just stopped in for one thing,  and ended up getting dinner!

I got their grilled balsamic chicken,  broccoli slaw, and light champagne vinaigrette. I made salads with lettuce,  the slaw,  red onion, tomato,  and feta. The chicken is super easy,  just reheat or eat cold! And the salad dressing was really good. 50 calories and only 2 carbs for a serving size of two tablespoons.

Low cal, high protein,  Low carb,  Quick delicious dinner!! I'm definitely bringing it to work tomorrow.

I am so envious of people who live near a Trader Joe's!  Ditto for Wegmans.  So much envy.

Are you talking about the Champagne pear vinaigrette? I love that stuff.... They have sliced Roast Turkey in the section near the hummus and stuff... discovered that recently. It was great for salads and very moist.

No, I almost got the refrigerated pear champagne vinaigrette but found the other one in the non-ref aisle. It had less carbs too so I was all for that haha.

That turkey sounds great!!

I just bought some of their sliced turkey and it was delicious! I ate it with a fork in my car while some nosy girl watched in the car next to me LOL.

I like the light champagne pear vinaigrette too.  I have half a bottle of it in my fridge.

I love their broccoli slaw - I make a dressing with plain greek yogurt, balsamic vinegar and artificial sweetener and throw in some nuts and cranberries.  Yum.

I also like their marinated chicken breasts - both the tomato basil and the pesto.  I haven't tried the Grilled balsamic chicken, but I will look for it today!

Yup. I love Trader Joes.

I food shop at Whole Foods or Trader Joes.  Joe's has the best prepared foods but you can't beat WFs sea food or meat department.  I'm lucky to have both so close.

The closest Trader Joe's is in Portland, about 75 miles from us.  We're going down there Sunday to look for a car for my oldest and go prom dress shopping.  Perhaps I'll get to Trader Joe's.  That vinegarette sounds great!

Can I find the grilled balsamic chicken in the deli section? This sounds wonderful. Always looking for new food ideas! Thank you.
