Argh, missed this yesterday and things got out of hand at home last night. Well, Lets get right back at it.

 

B: Kashi Go-Lean Crisp. 1% milk, coffee

L: 3 oz tuna salad, 1oz shredded cheddar, Quinoa and Black Bean salad

S; Dannon Light and Fix Greek Yogurt.

D; Leftover ham and brocolli

W on track

E; better take it easy, my hip is acting up

V: on track.

I did much better yesterday and was down almost all the 2 lbs I gained over the weekend.

L: chicken and red peppers in mango sauce

D: turkey and cheese crepe

E: I've been so lazy, I need to get going

Celebrating 2 weeks of no foamies or vomiting! Weird milestone, but I'll take it!

B: Decaf and non-dairy creamer, 2 slices black forest ham, 1 slice muenster

L: Spaghetti squash with meat sauce (going to get tired of this fast...)

S: Vanilla Triple Zero with a packet of TJ's cranberry Omega mix

D: Chicken & zucchini sautéed with garlic

If needed to make calories/protein, I'll add a shake or Quest bar.

W: A little behind

V: On track, including  B12 shot this morning

L:  grilled salmon on a salad (at a restaurant) - it was meh, didn't eat much :(

It's been a very busy day; I'm joining the party pretty late today.

B1: Protein Shake

B2: 1 egg omelette w/ 1 oz hatch chili chicken sausage and 1/4 c. shredded lite Mexican cheese

L: 2 oz pulled pork and 1/2 oz sliced peaches

D: 2 oz Prosciutto & mozarella stuffed chicken breast and 1/2 oz peas

E: I really need to walk this evening. I have a lot to do for work but need to break away for awhile and get a walk in.
