I've recently posted on one year and goal-so I don't have much to add. I did lose 10 pounds this month which was surprising since my last double digit month was at six months. Restriction is as good as ever. I actually almost think a little too good. Dealing with a slow heart beat, I feel even more blah after I eat because stretching my stomach activates my vagus nerve and drops everything a bit more. I feel tired and flushed and clammy. I do fine with smaller, more frequent meals. I may add protein shakes or smoothies in. I am 168 and slid right past goal. Not sure how much I should let it go before I really force myself to get more calories in.

I will say that the last month really transitioned me to the point now where I actually feel small. I am able to look at a large shirt and think, "that's too big for me."  Maybe my brain has started to catch up. I picked up a pair of my daughter's 7/8 jeans and they fit with room to spare! I think they run a bit big, but I have never ever been below a size 10. The skin is still ridiculous-but I feel that it is easier deal with now because it lies flat behind the spanx!

take care OH friends!!!
