300+ pounds less of me, it is time for the next part of my weight loss journey.

After multiple plastic surgeon consultations, I have finally chosen a plastic surgeon and scheduled my first round of plastic surgery.    Due to the extreme amount of extra skin I am carrying on my frame, surgery #1 will be an Upper Body Lift as well as a Lower Body Lift.  Surgery is scheduled for June (a teacher, so needed to work around our school schedule). Though pricey, (none is covered by health insurance)...the overall price of these combined procedures are so worth my physical and emotional well being.

I can't wait to finally "fit" into clothes without having to stuff, tuck, compress or smoosh all the extra skin on my trunk.

I consulted 5 different surgeons before deciding on the one I selected.

Yes, Yes, YES!!! I am SOOOOO happy to read this! Good luck to you.... that's so exciting.

Plastics and the money I spent on them so far have been totally worth it. I have a feeling you will feel the same! :) :)

Nikke,

I am excited to finally be able to just get dressed like most of the population does as opposed to the "multiple steps"  I go through now.     What will I do with all the extra time...LOL!

You've done so great with your weight loss.  I'm so glad you are doing the plastic surgery to remove excess skin.  You deserve it!

I'm having a tummy tuck on Monday, and I am looking forward to getting rid of my excess belly.

I wish you the very best!

Carol
