I thought I would jump on today before work became really chaotic. I am very glad it is Friday. I don't have any big plans for the weekend. However I am looking forward to relaxing and trying to reduce my stress levels some.

L: 3 mini enchilada cups

I have days where I randomly feel dehydrated too. I always find that odd.

Sometimes I have to play games with myself and say I will only walk a small distance and then can come back. I generally end up going further than whatever small goal I initially set. But, you are right, it is that first step that can be so darn hard some times.

I agree with GooseGirl.  There are times when it's "okay, just to the end of the street and back."  Or, "just ten minutes, then you can stop."

I had plans for the weekend, but both of my guys are working all weekend so I had to cancel the plans.  Sigh.  Instead I'll be trying out two classes tomorrow morning and then I've planned on doing a breathing seminar on Sunday.  Fun times.  (And running.. and laundry...)

2: thai chicken salad from Panera, sans lettuce (I met my physical therapist for lunch, since she's a friend now!  It was awesome.)
2.1: cheese
3: taco salad sans lettuce

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 60 minutes piyo class, 60 minutes tai chi class, 60 minutes pilates class
