I have been using MyFitnessPal, but have a problem with the servings.  Does anyone know of an app that you can change how much you ate?  I want to be able to change the amount so I have a better idea of how much I am eating.

You can change the serving size and the number of servings on mfp. If you click on the "serving size" box, there are (on most foods) different size options & when you click on the "number of servings" box enter how much of a serving (in either fractions or decimals) you are having. You have to play around with it.

You can make the number of servings, but not the setving size, anything you want in MFP. For instance, yesterday I had 6.75 ounces of strip sirloin steak. The serving size in MFP is 4 ounces. So I had 1.6875 servings of 4 ounces -- 1.6875 x 4 = 6.75 ounces.

There is going to be a little math however you do it, unless you guess. When you guess, I guarantee you'll eat more.

Most items in MFP that are in ounces will also give you the option to change the serving to 1 oz. Instead of doing the math, if I'm having 4.4 oz. of chicken and a serving is logged as 3.0 oz., I just change it to 1.0 oz. and log 4.4 servings. Some volume-based items give you options too -- for example, I just pulled up "Milk - Nonfat (fat free or skim)" and the available options are 1.0 cup, 1.0 quart, 1.0 tbsp(s), or 100.0g. Most foods have multiple entries too, so if one option doesn't let you log in smaller servings, you can almost always find another one that does.
