It was really yummy and super easy too. It was a recipe I got from Gwen and it is definitely something that I will repeat.

I haven't been on here much lately.  My food has been good, but I think remaining in this community is important!

b - chike, peanuts & grapes (woke up crazy early!)

s - fage, coffee

l - taco salad

s - yogurt & berries (maybe a latte)

d - turkey burker, brussel sprouts & sweet potatoes

s - apple & pb2 (& the HAWKS game ;)!)

e - elliptical and stretching -- killed it yesterday w/ a long run

w - on track

v - at lunch

I was awful yesterday, so I'm going to do better today.

B: yogurt and granola

L: chicken cordon bleu (I have ham and chicken and I made a yummy swiss cheese garlic cream sauce)

D: pot roast

Happy 13hour work day!

B: deviled egg - whole one

L, split pea soup (so mad I forgot to put the protein powder in it), tiny salad with blue cheese crumbles, beets (2), chik peas like 15.

S; 2 mini slim jims

D: since I forgot my damn protein powder in my soups which was going to have for dinner also - PP shake and greek yogurt

S; 100 cal protein shake.

 

It seems like a lot of food but the calories are under 690. I juuuust met my protein for the day too. Damn hate when I forget my protein powder!

Exercise, its a 13hr work day, maybe after job2!

exercise - Did 55 minutes at spin class and walk with Pam at lunch time.

I am three years out this week and gym 5-6 days a week- so i consume a little more food
