Milk of Magnesia. If its too painful when you go, Fleet makes a suppository that helps with that.

I use Miralax in my morning protein shake most days.  It keeps me regular.

How much water are you drinking?  If you're not getting enough, it will make the constipation worse.

What works best for me is 1/2 capful of Miralax in my morning protein shake five days a week, two Fiber Gummies per day and I've just added a probiotic.

Drink lots of water and eat 2-3 prunes (40-60 calories) every day.

Miralax is great for getting things moving again.  I only take a half a dose at bedtime and can go the next day.  I also started taking probiotics and have found that the constipation has been much better.  Trader Joes has a relatively inexpensive one, if you have one near you.

Yes, Milk of Magnesia - and if you're on pain meds, try to wean off.  Pain meds are the likely cause.  Also get plenty of water and try adding some fat to keep the pipes wet and slippery.
