Well even though I have been in a stall for maybe 2 months my nurse was pretty happy with my weight loss. I also came clean about what I had been eating and how I have been off plan and she recommended that I meet with the nutritionist to try and get back on track. So I did and since yesterday I have been doing very well I haven't had any kind of bread, but trust me its been hard I feel like a heroine addict going through withdrawals only my addiction is bread. I can beat this it takes 21 days to break a habit and the same amount of time to start good habits I can do this. I have to do this I have so much to look forward to and I want to look and feel my best when they do happen!

Use lettuce wraps instead of bread.  I make egg salad, chicken salad, or tuna salad with a little mayo and greek yogurt, diced onion and dill pickle relish. Wrap it up in a lettuce leaf...instant sandwich.  YUMMM!

Bread is my downfall.  I find it's easier to avoid it all together.  I can't eat bread in moderation.

I am a carb addict. My nut allows carbs in moderation, but I won't go there because I am afraid if I get started, I won't be able to stop. Once you stop the carbs and you get them out of your system, your cravings go should lessen. (I no longer crave carbs or sugar because I stay away from them.) Take care and good luck!  (You have already lost a good deal of weight. Just keep your eye on the prize!)
