I make pancakes with my regular protein powder, with a little water and an eggs. works the same. Ive even done 2 eggs one banana pancakes and shared them with my family which were a big hit.

Adding protein powder to something doesn't make it healthy. It's actually adding calories. Pancakes are still mostly carbs. And while you can start off making stripped-down versions, before long you'll be too tempted to start slathering them with butter, syrup, powdered sugar, etc. Stuff like this can be a real slippery slope.

I agree with Grim.  A high protein pancake is still a pancake.

Why are you eating eggs every day?  There are tons of other healthy options out there!

Try not thinking about breakfast as "breakfast." Have a piece of meat. Have dinner for breakfast.

In many other cultures, there is no such thing as "breakfast foods." When I get tired of eggs, I make miso soup or chilled tofu salad. Both are very quick to make, high in lean protein, and delicious. Think outside the breakfast muffin.
