Hey everyone. I hope your Saturday is treating you right. I walked a 5K this morning and the weather was PERFECT for it. Great to be outside enjoying the sun. Not too much else planned for today except driving to the women's shelter and donating gobs and gobs of clothes. Oh, and I have a massage this evening. Woo Hoo!

B2: Evol Breakfast burrito (ehh, it was ok. I bought 2 because I was curious. I probably won't try them again).

Crazy day for me.  

1: leftover gyro
2: frankenshake
2.1: graze flapjacks post-race since there were no bananas
3: deviled egg, arctic char, chocolate milkshake

liquid and vites: not on track with either, caught up on vites the next day
exercise: 52:09 5k RACE for a total of 3.14 miles
