Hey everyone it seems like it been forever since I have posted anything, but I have been extremely busy. For the past 3 months I was working full time and going to school full time and haven't really had a break, but now that school is over I can finally update on my status, and sadly its not good. I am 8 months post op going on 9 months post op on June 15th and I'm at 192.2 I have not been eating the way I should and its been so hard to get back on track. I will get back on track for a week or so then screw up again. My self control has weakened and its my fault. I miss talking to my therapist haven't seen him since January, but tmr is another day and I got the kick in the butt I needed today I got so sick a few hours after my lunch break and needed to leave work. Not good. So I'm gonna get back on track with everything my vitamins, eating, and making sure I'm getting my liquids in. I have about 60 more pounds to go until my goal weight and I would love to be at least close to that by the time my 1 year surgiversary. Wow 1 year it feels like its flying by! Anyways I have also been under stress with this new job since its sales based which is another reason I haven't been eating the way I should I am an emotional eater I need to become and an emotional exerciser lol. I know I have to cut out carbs and sugar cold turkey, but I also feel like I need a detox or body reset any ideas or help would be awesome cause I am so tired of feeling sluggish even though I don't look it. Thanks in advance!

Welcome back! Stick around for motivation. Remember, you are in the driver's seat! You get to be in charge of your journey. It's easy to look at all the things that get in our way and make it harder (believe me, I do it, too sometimes!), but how we eat is always our personal choice.
