Happy Friday everyone! Any big plans for the weekend? My weekend is actually pretty full. It's not crazy busy but there is enough going on that I think I will be fairly consistently on the go although I do think I should get some good pool time in tomorrow afternoon. That will be nice and relaxing.

B1: Protein Shake

B2: Green Chile Cheese Puff

L: TJ's Chicken Asada and grapes

D: TJ's Shepherds pie

W&V: need to get these started. I am really focusing on increasing my water today

E: Rest day

NEXT?

Yes, happy weekend.  I'm babysitting for my grandkids tomorrow.  That is always fun and uplifting, if not tiring, as well.

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch1 - chicken and broccoli casserole with Parmesan cheese

Lunch2 - crustless mushroom quiche

Dinner - pulled pork and zucchini in a basil cream sauce

vitamins - on track

water - good

exercise - recumbent bike - I'm trying to get my time back up.  Its been slow going since my plastic surgery, and I think its time to push myself a little...

Have fun with the grand kids. My parents are always exhausted after my niece leaves. My kids are older and so the grandparents have forgotten how much energy younger kids can have.

Happy Friday!  I have a busy weekend ahead of me.  Tonight I'm volunteering at our local Children's Museum where I'm a board member.  I have some cooking to do before I go and I have to work all day.  Not sure how I'm going to manage that.  Tomorrow is the local Brewfest.  That will be fun, except I don't drink beer.  But, they will have good food and live music so it should be a fun time.  I also have to work in my garden which got pummeled by hail the other day and hopefully take my kids to see the new Jurassic World movie.

B: mozzarella, prosciutto and crackers

L: I think I have some left over brisket

D: at the Museum...one lady is making Swedish meatballs so that will be good for dinner

Water: already behind

V: on track

E: won't have time

Going out to dinner tomorrow night for my nephew's birthday to a place that stuffs steaks with dried blue cheese, then covers it in a burgundy blue cheese sauce.  Here's a link to the menu if you're interested.  Not exactly the most healthy choice on the planet, but it is what it is.

Your link isn't working and I want to see the menu!  That sounds AMAZING and I don't even care for blue cheese very much :P
