4 days out of surgery

everything went according to plan BUT, I felt better yesterday.  Today I am very sore and woke  up with bad pain in my left shoulder.  Feeling a little sorry for myself today and missing food or at least everything that goes along with it. Is it too early for me to have these feelings.  I have stalked this site for the past 8months before making my decision and thank  you all for sharing your personal stories, failures and successes .. Rae

No, I don't think it's too early. I think we all have those feelings at times. I told my doctor I wanted my stomach back on the 7th day post op. Lol  It does get better tho. :)

You can do this.  You will find as you move from liquids to soft then solids how satisfied you will be.  Try and get the old thoughts out of your head.  This is a new chapter.
