Freedom in weightloss

This week we went camping, we walked a lot, kayaked a lot, hiked down and up a steep hill....I loved every minute of it and was so surprised I wasn't sore, out of breath or having to stop midway.....And when I weighed in after the trip, I dropped below my surgeon's 75% goal !!! Life is pretty sweet right now ! This sleeve has given me a new lease on life.
