Today I was able to wear a size 48 pair of shorts. I actually could of put on a size 44 but with difficulty. When it started this journey  I was a size 56. Talk about a motivation increaser!

Keep up the good work.  I started in 56s last year.  I am down to 36s now and 34 in jeans.

Surgery Date 04-22-14 HW 2011 388(lost 60lbs on WW, regained 40) Surgery Consult Weight 1/10/14 - 367 SW 357 - CW 9/15 210.

Stalls are your body's way of telling you not to get too cocky.

5K - 1st 59:00(9/14) PR 33:45(9/15)

10K - 1:14(10/15) 1/2 - 1st 3/20/16

Awesome! ! What a feeling to pick up the clothes and look at them thinking no way these are to small.... then you put them on and they actually fit? Congrats

Ht:6'5 Start weight 427, surgery weight=362 current weight 238 goal weight unsure?
