What will 23 year old skin look like after losing 100 pounds?

I'm 23 years old and 5 foot 1 and I currently weigh about 228 and i would like to get down to 120. I know that during weight loss people get saggy skin but what if i do tons of both aerobic and anaerobic exercises and build muscle and eat protein and dark leafy green and drink lots of water? Im wondering how flabby I will be because I want to look good in a bikini but i dont wanna run around the beach with loose belly/thigh flaps flapping everywhere. Also what will my stretch marks look like?

Sadly none of us can possibly even guess.  The answer is, quite literally, "wait and see!"  :)

def a wait & see situation.. I was in my very early 20's the first time I lost 100+ lbs, and was not prepared for the aftermath. I had stretchmarks over nearly every area (that's a dead give-away that skin will likely not firm up.) My recommendation, start saving for plastics and consider it part of the deal to get your outside to match your inside! Weight lifting helps (I was very serous about it for several years, but sadly, damaged skin doesn't bounce back..)

Well, your skin will look better than someone twice your age, but no one can tell you for sure since it depends on how stretched the skin is, how long you have been overweight, and your genetics. I know two women who were 20-something when they had WLS and didn't need plastic surgery (although neither of them wears a bikini now), and I know two other women who did need -- and have --  plastic surgery (one had extensive plastic surgery: tummy, arms, legs, breasts and thighs)

Sorry, but exercise (any type) and leafy greens do nothing for your skin, and all the extra water will do is keep you hydrated.

If you already have stretch marks, THAT skin will not "bounce back" because a stretch mark is actually a tear in the skin tissue.  The areas with stretch marks will look exactly the same after you lose weight as before you lost it: stretch marks start out pink (sometimes light pink, sometimes dark) and, over time, fade to white.  The only difference is that the skin in between the stretch marks after weight loss may be wrinkly or crepe-like.

I was 59 years old, 5'2 and 212 at my highest weight.  After surgery I exercised every single day.  Either on the treadmill, on the weight machines or water aerobics.

After I was at goal I had a tummy tuck.  The rest of my body responded to exercise, but there was a very loose flap of stomach skin and my abdominal muscles had always been loose.   Now I am 67 and can wear a bikini, but don't do that in public anymore.

My personal trainer said that she found it hard to believe that I had had weight loss surgery because my body is so firm.

In July I was unable to exercise due to an accident and was amazed at how quickly my arms turned to batwings.  They firmed back up as soon as I started using light weights.

I also used expensive creams.  I realize that hereditary genes and luck played a part in this.  I just did everything I could to influence the outcome and I am very happy with my body now.  As others have answered, there are no guarantees.  I saved money for plastics and was prepared for whatever procedures I would have needed.

The only way those leafy greens will make excess skin go away is if you sew them together and make a nice shirt out of them. Don't wear it in the hot sun though.

You have received some good information here already. One thing I will add is that if you are really worried about the excess skin - definitely start saving money for plastics now. I personally think for those individuals that are really bothered by the skin, plastic surgery is a good investment. BUT, it's expensive... so it's a good idea to be smart about saving. In my opinion, it's never to early to start (I started during the six month supervised diet before losing any weight at all)
