First time travelling by plane in a few years, on business this time.  I fit in the economy sized seat comfortably, not touching the passenger next to me...and was able to use the seat belt with NO extender and several inches of seat belt slack too!  It was a really great feeling.  I was so excited, what a difference a few months post-surgery can make.

I have not flown since my surgery and am about to take a trip in November, so I am looking forward to seeing how I fit.  Congrats on this!

I think the first flight without a seatbelt extender is the BEST NSV!  I have a picture of mine on my profile!  I think the only NSV that was better was fitting into a size 14!

Congratulations.

I'm with you, I'm just now wearing a 14 and they're starting to get a little loose already.  Thank you!
