I am 4 weeks post-op and the clinic that I use allows me to start eating popcorn at 3 months out.

I waited until 1 year post-op. And now, for a special treat I have 17 kernels of Smart Pop. Yes I count them. 17. Exactly. If I don't, I'd eat the whole bag. I also only allow this on the last Friday of the month at work. It keeps me honest and gives me something to look forward to. There's no reason, really, in regards to health to ever eat popcorn. It's garbage with no value. But a treat is a treat. Just keep it under severe moderation and be careful!

I am 2 mo out, and I enjoy a 2 cup serving of smart pop a couple times per month on movie night. I put some in a bowl and when it's gone...I'm done and I satisfied my craving. You'll do great!
