Happy Tuesday Everyone! I was a horrible eater yesterday. I didn't eat much, but I made bad choices. Today is going to be better.

B: Leftover beef stroganoff (I made this Sunday and it is delicious!)

S: Dannon light and fit yogurt with Bare Naked granola

L: mozzarella and prosciutto with a few Townhouse flatbread crackers

D: tacos minus the shell

W: on track...I was short on water yesterday

V: on track

E: probably won't have time

yes, bad days happen. What's important is if we get back on track. Good luck.

Breakfast - cheeseburger quiche

lunch - fried seafood combo plate at weathervane restaurant

dinner - chicken in alfredo sauce

snack - humus and puffed wheat cracker

water - good

vitamins - yup

exercise - still not back on track.

You got right back on track, that's great. Had a much less stressful day today, thank goodness! Easy meeting schedule this week too.

B: Syntrax Nectar protein drink, 1.25 scoops

L: 1/3 of Ruby Tuesday Hickory Chicken breast minus the BBQ sauce

D: grilled chicken breast and caprese salad

V & W: on track

E: over 15,000 steps so far

D: Bratwurst-¾ of one sausage

I know I had too much cheese today, but I was at Disneyland, and there aren't that many options.

W: on track, at least 90 ounces

V: on track

E: 20,000 steps at D-land, California Adventure and at home. 20,000 is my new record!

5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!
