How much Pre-Op Weight Loss?

Thirty pounds is wonderful!  I lost 30ish pounds during the 6-mo diet prior to surgery.  Actually, that was the first five months...the last month was Optifast and I lost twenty??  The OH ticker is starting to play with my mind lol.  Anyway, HW-348 SW-298.  My first month PO was the greatest I have had.  It is slow but steady and I was prepared for it.

I lost 30 pounds before my surgery.  13 pounds before the two week liquid diet, then 16 pounds during the liquid diet.

I lost 36 pounds from the supervised diet which I had for 6 month's. On the liquid diet I lost 16 pounds which was great.

Wow! That is amazing! How did you lose the weight? My surgery is scheduled for Jan 25, 2015. 

Just gotta follow the diet strictly, at least that's all I did.  :D

I had a 6 month supervised diet before surgery and I lost 54 lbs. I only had a 24 hour liquid diet before surgery. However; I had a very strict 600 calorie diet for two weeks before surgery. I didn't lose much though. Maybe about 6-9 lbs. You're doing great! Best of luck!!

I am starting day 11 of my pre-op liquid diet, my surgery is on Tuesday (Groan, shudder) and I have list 25 lbs. thus far.
