Hi All!  It is a cold, snowy day here in Wyoming.  We are supposed to get at least a foot of snow by tomorrow night, but at this rate, I'm thinking it will be more than that.  I'm thankful we aren't planning on going anywhere!

B: leftover roast beef and a little potatoes and gravy and half a chocolate chip muffin (I made these fresh this morning for a friend who lost her grandmother...they were pretty awesome!)

L: leftover pork roast with a roasted green chili and cheese

S: nuts and perhaps half a chocolate chip muffin

D: I'm making the family chicken fettuccine alfredo.  I'll just have some chicken with some leftover cheesy pesto sauce I made last week.

W & V: on track

E: Nothing today.  The chiropractor told me to hold off for a bit.

Next???

Wow.  I'm surprised to hear of your snowy weather.  They are predicting 60 degrees for us here in Mass.  But we had more than our share of snow last winter.  Hopefully, we'll get off easier this year.

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - greek chicken with kalamata olives - yum

Dinner - spaghetti squash casserole - This I new.  I found it on the recipe forum and its great.  My hubby loves it.

water - good

vitamins - on track

exercise - recumbent bike

Happy thanksgiving everyone.
