OMG, I'm  NEVER, EVER, going to be obese , overweight again..... Cheese and crackers!!!! Minor complications, still in the hospital, but after my two units of blood, they say I can go home.... I forgot the golden rule.... WALK,WALK.... It truly works....Now back to sipping juice
