Happy New Year to everyone!  I have lost 82 lbs. and only have 6 more lbs. till goal (16 months post-op).  Life is sweet!!!  It's a wonderful feeling to know that 2016 holds nothing but more positive changes . . . hiking, bicycling, camping . . . the sky is the limit!!!  Wishing everyone a very Happy New Year.

Wonderful! Even at goal, keep those empty carbs out of your system. Stay on plan the rest of your life, and may it be a long, healthy, and enjoyable one!
