Hello everyone!  Hope you're all having a great weekend.  I bought size 10 jeans today, I couldn't believe it.  I don't see a size 10 person in the mirror. It was freaking me out a little, I have to admit.

B:  syntrax nectar protein drink

L:  split pea soup w/baked veal stew meat

D:  chicken marsala w/melted mozzarella cheese - soooo good

V & W:  on track

E:  7000 steps so far, taking it easy today

Goal reached in 13 months - 212 total pounds lost including pre-op

Woo, congrats on the jeans!

Meal #1: Bunless burger (small)

Meal #2: Chicken and wild rice soup (small)

Meal #3: Bunless burger, small.

Snack: 1/2 protein bar cut into teeny pieces.

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!

Congrats on your size 10 jeans!! Woohoo!! I can't wait to get to that point. Since I am still on full liquid being less than 2 weeks out from surgery:

 

B: Stage one baby food bananas

L: Dannon Oikos Greek yogurt: Lemon Meringue flavor yum

D: Some sort of soup/broth (I'm going out with friends eeeks)

S: Vanilla protein shake made with water/raspberry flavoring

V: on track

W: behind but I will hit it before midnight pst

E: Walking/Housework I've done about 3000 steps so far.

Thank you.  I was so surprised, I thought I was a 12 but I grabbed the 10's too, to see how close I was.

Sorry if I was confusing I meant less than two weeks out like I just had surgery haha. It was 10 days ago on 12/17/15.

Congratulations on the size 10 jeans.  That must feel great! 

breakfast - salmon

Lunch - mushroom quiche - crustless,of course.

snack - pan fried cabbage

Dinner - ham and garlic green beans with pine nuts.

snack - humus and wheat thins

vitamins - good

water - good

exercise - not so good.

 

    

Surgery May 1, 2013. Starting Weight 385,  Surgery Weight 333,  Current Weight 160.  At GOAL!
