I know this is probably discussed a million times on here already, but has anyone had any experience with this GNC protein powder?  If so, what is your favorite flavor?  http://www.gnc.com/GNC-Pro-Performance-AMP-Amplified-Wheybol ic-Extreme-60-Original/product.jsp?productId=41785896&cp=359 3187.45670596.2108294

Thanks!

Make sure it's 100% whey protein isolate (most of the GNC products are not).  That's what you need to be using immediately post-op as it is the most easily absorbed and utilized by our bodies.

(I tried to look for the ingredient list on the website and couldn't find it).

That is one to bulk up and gain weight.  For weight loss you need a protein drink that is low calorie and whey protein isolate.  People like Unjury, Nectar, and Premier.

So a debulking powder, not a bulking powder?

I never drink a protein powder that promises to increase my size.  Debulking vs bulking is cute.

I wouldn't be opposed to using this.  It's 60 grams of protein per serving, so I'd only use 1/2 serving for each of my shakes.  The carb amount is decent.  (280 calories, 60 grams protein, 7 grams carbs)  It's got a whey protein blend which isn't ideal, but the non-isolate is hydrolyzed whey which is pretty much fine and digestible.

If this was what I had access to, I'd be fine with trying it out.

I don't shop at GNC. I get my protein from amazon. Its called Magnum Quattro Vanilla Icecream Protein Isolate. I've gone through my shares of protein powder and I plan to stick with this one.
