Been way too long, back at it to vent because. . . yep, I gained.

It sounds like you have your head screwed on straight.

People ask me why I still weigh and track all my food, still, since I am doing so well. I tell them I track because I'm not perfect. If I plan on having a couple of cookies or that rare piece of pizza I mentioned, I have to make it fit in my plan. Those calories have to be taken from something else. That's what planning and tracking do for me -- they let me be less than perfect.

Thanks, kudos for that. Prime examples as to what not to do (me) and what to do (you). Thanks for that. No one is perfect, but what you are doing is what should be. I have been doing that lately and its sure helping me.

Thanks for being honest and not sugar coating and saying you're doing everything correctly! you can get back on track!! 38 lbs s nothing!! I know everyday us hard making choices of what I put in my body and exercise! I have given up beer all together and I have stayed far away. I probably miss that most of anything! Don't beat yourself up, but hold yourself accountable....and maybe less beer! ;)

LOL thanks! Yeah, mistakes happen. Shouldn't happen with WLS but that's on the individual. No more alcohol in general for me. Not for a while at least. I know I can do it!
