Major Milestone!

VSG on 12/03/15

Hit a major milestone today! I now weigh 267 lbs which means I am exactly 50 lbs down from my day of surgery 10 weeks ago! For the first time I walked 1.6 miles in the park today (had not pushed further then 1 mile with my back problems) and I feel great. Best thing I ever did for myself. Worth every penny of it, worth every hard day and every struggle. Yay!

5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!
