You'd think........

You'd think after eating only 400-600 calories a day I would be hungry but nope, I'm not. I have been tracking everything I eat on the MyFitnessPal app and it seems like such a struggle to get past 600 calories a day. There hasn't been a day yet either that I have reached my protein goal. And to think, just about a month and a half ago my breakfast was probably more calories than what I eat now in an entire day

I'm in the same boat as you! I can't seem to get over 500 calories a day because I have no appetite or desire to eat. In fact, food grosses me out a bit right now. I do manage to get 60+ grams of protein a day but mostly due to a Greek yogurt and protein powder concoction that gives me 35 grams alone. Keep trying to get your protein up! It's a struggle but you can definitely do it!

Tonight at the grocery store I found whey pancake mix. It was frigen $7, (I still can't believe I spent that much on pancake mix) but it can get all the way up to 35 g a serving according to the different ways the package says you can make it. I'm hoping that may help boost the protein count!

It's called FlapJacked so I just Googled the website and OMG...they have lots of things :) I'm not much of a sweets person but it would be nice to have a variety of thing in my house when I do get bored of something. The store only had the pancakes though. I'll have to see where else I can buy their stuff.

$7 seems a bit much for pancake mix until you realize how much you are saving on other foods. No more huge meals or big pieces of ------(fill in your food of choice such as huge steaks). Love yourself, take care of yourself and enjoy your pancakes.

Lol that's true because that $7 bag will probably last me a month!

I've seen this too! I tried the apple cinnamon. Not too bad, better than other things I could eat. It's nice to have a little variety, I tend to get stuck on the same rotations of meals.

This exactly! I actually never had that period of not caring about food or struggling to eat, so I had to adjust accordingly. I am envious. :)
