Minor hiatal hernia?!?!

just found this out when I had an upper GI. Will it be a problem for the surgery?

they will just repair when they do the surgery, most likely, very common

I had both a hiatal & an umbilical hernia repair when I had my sleeve surgery. No complications and I feel great. :) A lot of folks have hernia repair at the same time.

During my endoscopy they found that I had a small hiatal hernia, it was repaired during my sleeve surgery. They also removed my gall bladder, with both done I'm told I should have less GERD with the sleeve.
