After a "stall", caused I am sure by too much stupid eating.( Think miniature candy bars and 500 calorie Starbuck's drinks). I finally got my head out of my arse .I started eating pretty much meat, and cheese, and eggs, and bacon, and some veggies. In a week I have gone from 204 to 198. I can't tell y'all how happy I am. I haven't weighed under 200 in 20 years.
