I haven't posted in a little while, but I'm still alive and kicking. Life has been really busy these days.

My weight loss journey is still going strong. I'm 90 pounds down and closing in on 100 lbs lost in just 4 months! I've taken up training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and it has completely changed my outlook on life and fitness. I could have never done anything like that before surgery!

Here are some before and after pics of my wife and I so far. She has lost 40 lbs herself since taking up her own weight loss journey along side me!
