Stuck feeling

I had a leaky sleeve at week 3, but it has closed on its own and my surgeon cleared me to drink fluids and this week to start on puréed foods. Ever since surgery, though, I have a constant feeling that there is something stuck in my sleeve. It almost seems like it might be an air bubble because it happens whether or not I eat (I am still on TPN so I've been taking it slow).  Is this normal?  I am taking Prilosec and Zofran but they don't really make a huge difference that I can tell.
