Good Morning everyone!

Hope all is well. I was just wondering if taking Centrum Complete Multi-vitamin is good enough after having VSG surgery? I also take B6 and B12 and Biotin. Thanks in advance.

You may want to take extra calcium and iron.

I take Centrum plus extra iron, calcium, and B12, and it seems to be fine.

If in doubt, check with your doctor and/or compare against the ASMBS recommendations.

I've tried a few different kinds of vitamins since surgery. My doctor suggested Centrum Complete, which is what I use now.  My blood work has come back fine with everything.

I've been robbed! My grandbaby stole my heart!  She just raised her hands and I surrendered.

i used to take Flintstones, lol - but my surgeon prefers bariatric fusion and B12.  Never had a problem with any labs.

Centrum Complete is a great multi - but there are generic versions of it if you are seeking cheaper alternatives.  Do learn how to read your labs, though, so you can catch downward trends that the doctor's staff often fails to even check for.
