Banish the word "only" from your vocabulary. The sooner the better.

After the first few weeks, most people lose 1 or 2lb per week. Pushing yourself to lose 20lb in 3 months is probably a bit much, and the last thing you need while getting ready for a wedding is an unrealistic expectation for yourself.

Most people at the one-month mark are at about 600 cal, 60+g protein, under 25g carbs.

Exercise is great, but not better than watching what you eat. Walking is great, or anything at all that gets you moving.

19 pounds in your first month is great.  I lost 225 pounds in 18 months, and I lost 20 pounds my first month.  So you are right where you should be!

I would guess that you can lose 30 pounds in the next three months...  It depends how much weight you need to lose.  If you have a lot to lose, then I think you should be able to do it.  If you are close to goal, then it will be slower.

600 to 800 calories a day is right on for 1 month post op. Exercise is healthy, but the weight loss will be mostly from restricting calories.

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding.

You're doing great.  Julie's advice is perfect...she's a smart cookie.

I know it can be overwhelming, but just keep focused on the basics - getting in your protein, water, and being active.

Regarding exercise, Barre class and Pilates have been really great in toning my muscles and "tightening" things.  It's not so much about weight loss -- it's about how you fit into your clothes.  Those have helped me quite a bit.  I've also been doing a ton of ashtanga yoga (which is fast paced and takes a while to figure out.)  And cardio is good for my head.  But even the most intense hour of Zumba/cardio/etc. only burns 200-300 calories for me, so it's less about weight loss and more about sanity and taking care of myself.

Congrats on your wedding -- I'm sure you will be beautiful and radiant whether you loose 5lb or 20lb!  Just enjoy the day, and enjoy the process you're going through now.  I know this sounds crazy...but I miss those first few months!!

It sounds so good to here the different ways to exercise, and I get excited but I am so tired latey I don't no why. I am going to push my self and get back to walking at least.

You are doing great JoJo!  Stick with what you are doing, and don't let worrying about weightloss eclipse your special day!  Enjoy every moment of the next few months.  Best wishes on your marriage!
