Hi everyone it's been a long time since I've posted. A little about my journey....surgery weight was 232 but highest weight was 256. My goal weight was/is 170. I've gotten close but never reached it. I remembered how much information and support I got from this site I decided to log back in to my ObesityHelp Family?

I believe you have come to the right place.  There is a lot of support around here and a lot of knowledge of struggles too.  Read lots of posts and you'll see you're not alone.  People here will share their stories and the way they have been able to get back on track.  Maybe revisit some of your post-op information and try to follow the basics of post-op plan.

I wish you the best and checking in here as often as you can should be a great motivator.

Thanks,  but I have been struggling lately too.  I was looking at other comments too and saw the link to the Five Day Meat Test and decided to give it a try.  Keep up your good work and I'll be looking forward to seeing better days for both of us.

I'm glad you are back.  I'm three years post surgery and maintenance is challenging.  But it is possible to get to goal and maintain there. You know how to do it!

I wish you the best in your efforts.
