You're not doing anything wrong, it may just be a stall.   These are unfortunately part of the journey.   I am sure you will be a beautiful bride, congrats on your wedding!!

Banish the word "only" from your vocabulary, the sooner the better.

Most patients lose a lot in the first month, and after that it slows down quite a bit, often to around 1 - 2lb per week. You will not lose weight every day, nor every week-- especially the further you get out from surgery.

We did not gain all of our weight in a month. We will not lose it in a month.

Recently started exercising or increased your exercise?  Exercise tears muscles.  Water rushes to the muscle to help repair it.  You retain fluid.  This is totally normal and it what is SUPPOSED to happen, but it will play with the number on the scale.  Just stick with your program.  You may not hit your weight loss goal for your wedding, but your new way of life doesn't stop at your wedding either.  It will come off.
