more protein

I am 11 days post op and I have just moved to the next stage I have tried to add unjury unflavored protein powder to my food and my water but it makes everything taste awful. I need more ideas for adding extra protein to my diet. So far I have 38 grams today I need at least 75.

   I'm almost 7 months out and can't usually make it to 75. My Nut said for me to get at least 60.. The ultimate goal for me is 60-80. I doubt if many people only 11 days out could make it to 75. One way I found to add Unjury Unflavored Protein to water and make it drinkable is to add a few squirts of water enhancer like Mio or Crystal Light. I like Orange Crush water enhancer, it tastes like Orange Crush without the carbonation. You can make it as week or as strong as you like. Good Luck

I could tolerate the unflavored only in greek yogurt that had Torani sugar free syrup added to help mask the flavor. I could also do it in a soup, just be careful that it is not so hot it clumps.

Try a homemade chicken or turkey salad.  Seasoning, cut up (food processed) poultry breast, diced onion, diced bell peppers (or pickle relish) and smart balance "mayo".
