What if it's 15 days long and you have a violation meal on day 11?  I'm on day 7 and have been dedicated and lost 15 lbs so far.

Wow... that's amazing... 15lbs in 7 days!!!  You should ask your doctor about the violation meal... why did your doctor require a pre-op diet?  I guess the consequences of a splurge on day 11 would probably depend on the reasons for the pre-op diet to begin with?  I didn't have any special pre-op diet so I don't know what the reasons are for it or what it would mean if you cheated...

Mine was 4 weeks. I stuck with it pretty well only cheated twice. Doc was very happy with my results.

Not saying to do it, that was just my experience.

You have gone through the hardest part, days 3-5 for me.  It may call up the carb monster if you cheat now and then you will have to go through the hard times again.  I would follow my plan.  Break it down to smaller increments.  I can get through the next 4 days. or the next day or the next hour.

Stop being right.  I wanted an excuse.  lol.

I went to a FULL BLOWN cookout on the 4th.  I didn't eat one thing.  I had coconu****er, a protein shake, and 48 oz of water.  I was proud of myself.
