Be patient...I know sometimes it feels like it's been slow going but you also have to remember everyone's body is different.  If you started out smaller you may not lose as much as fast as others.  Keep on trucking and you'll see results!

I feel like I am loosing slow also. I want to be at goal weight now!!!!!! Then I get myself together and look at the big picture....55lbs lost.....in 3 months.....that's crazy. I am loosing nicely, and I need to get my head straight! We just need to be more patient.

Three pounds a week is certainly not slow. The rate of loss depends on a few factors - one of them being how heavy you were to begin with. For someone likes me that had hundreds of pounds to lose, it wasn't unusual to lose 5 lbs a week. That would be very difficult to do for a "lightweight"

You have to keep working your plan 100% and trust that the weight loss will come with time!

Very true! After my pre op weight loss I had only 75 pounds or so more to lose. I averaged 2 pounds per week over the long haul post op.

Keep it in perspective, honey.

I lost 21 lbs on Weigh****chers back in the day, and it took me 1.5 years to do it.
