Syntrax Nectar Question

Does Syntrax Nectar need to be refrigerated after being mixed with water? It's made from whey protein, which makes me think of milk products, but I know the protein has been processed.

TIA!

Depends on how long. Dry powders last a long time without being refrigerated -- whey protein, sugar, flour, coffee -- but once mixed with water, they will all go bad.

If it's more than a few hours, refrigerate it.

After a few hours it TASTES gross, so I usually dump it.
