twice this week I failed to meet my protein goal and both those nights I woke up at 3:30 am.  Is this a coincidence or have other people noticed the same thing?

Not enough proteins may caused low BS in a middle of the night... Even small fluctuation may wake me up.

Aha! I have been waking up in the middle of the night for the last week and can't figure out why. So, up my protein, then. I've been averaging around 60 grams of protein. Should it be higher?

Wellbutrin can also screw with your sleep.

More protein can't hurt, though.
