Vitamin patches - day or night?

I received my vitamin patches (multi and calcium) in the mail today. I'm deciding if I'd like to wear them during the day or at night. Is there any benefit to one time of day over another, or is it just personal preference?

Thanks!

Naomi

I put my patches on in the morning......works best for me because it's my routine....shower, brush teeth, make-up, patches, clothes......I'm a creature of habit

Good friends are like stars.
You don't always see them but you always know they're there.

I'm in the habit of putting them on post-shower which ensures that they'll remain on for the required 8 hours.  Since I shower in the morning after exercise, that's when I put them on.  This way, also, the sweat of exercise doesn't mess with them.

I think patchMD is the only one that exists.

I use the same ones. I put one on during the day then the other at night. Unless I have reaaaally been forgetting then I will put them both on at the same time.
