199!!!

VSG on 07/07/16

Just got on the scale and I am 199 lbs!! I cannot believe it. I am down 45 lbs in less than 3 months. I feel great and I was nervous every as we just got back from a 5 day cruise. I was able to stay on my restricted diet and enjoyed my meals. So thankful I had this surgery hoping to lose another 45 lbs. I love my sleeve!

Congrats!!!!! Wonderful to be in Onederland.....I'm almost there too and can't wait....in the meanwhile, none of my clothes fit and I keep putting more and more on the pile to give away.....and, NO, I'm not complaining about it....I'm enjoying it!

Keep up the good work.....you're an inspiration!

Congrats. I lost fast up front and then ... slooooowed down right here at 210. I'm itching so bad for 199! I'm so happy for you it's a great milestone for your mind. Have fun on vacation.
