Stalling out for a month or two usually means you are eating at a maintenance level.  You would have to reduce your calories in order to start losing again.

Do you weigh/measure out your foods?  Do you track everything that goes in your mouth daily?

What does your daily food intake look like?

I agree. If you could post what you've been eating, maybe someone can see if there is anything we can help you tweak :)

Also, have you measured yourself?  Are you still losing inches but not pounds... But yes, if you are not getting in the water, it generally means you are getting in more food instead... Take a look at that, increase some intensity at the gym, add in some strengthening, change things up too to get your body back in gear.  If you always do the same, your body will get used to it...

I agree - eating too much - also incorporating more strenuous exercise might help.

Most of us eat 800 calories or less to continue losing.  It depends.  How long has it been since you lost weight?  It is very easy to overeat 8+ months out of surgery.  I found I was unconsciously eating all the time.

Weight loss also does slow down once you are close to the 200s, but if you are at a deficit, especially if you are eating low carb, you should still be losing something.

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!

It is not that we have so little time but that we lose so much...the life we receive is not short but we make it so; we are not ill provided but use what we have wastefully. -- Seneca, On the Shortness of Life
