189!!!

VSG on 07/07/16

Weighed in this morning at 189!!I reached 189 after doing Atkins about 20 years ago but never again with all the other diets. I am feeling great exercising 5 days a week and finding it really easy to eat properly. Having the vsg surgery was the best think I have ever done for myself ( maybe the only thing I have ever done just for me..lol). I have about 30 more pounds to lose but I am thrilled with all the compliments I receive and with shopping for smaller clothes. Can't remember the last time I wore a size 14. Feeling very happy!!
