4 years out

I just wanted to check in on my 4 years out.  I am still at goal butt naked in the am after going the way.  I lost this weight just in time for family trauma.  This takes up all my time.  Before life hit I was enjoying life and having such a great time.

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.

CONGRATS!!  Isn't that life?  I went through the same thing - GOAL - then life goes FUBAR!  Good for you for keeping in control!  If you need to check in - head check - whatever.  We're always here.

Good on ya, mate!

Wow!  That's what I'm talkin' about!  Congratulations to you.

Similar story here -- since surgery 2.5 years ago we've had 3 deaths in the family, hubby was diagnosed with cancer, I retired, all the pets died, we moved twice, etc.  Life's stresses never end.  Post-op I just don't medicate them with food anymore.

I have extra animals here.  That is part of the problem, husband has Dementia now and can't do right by them by them self.

Pine view ... so sorry.  I understand those stresses.  For many years we cared for my mom who had Alzheimer's in our home.  That's hard, hard duty.  I send you hope that you can find some time just for yourself.

Sending you wishes for some peace.
